How will My Intensive Driving Course Be Structured?
Your Intensive Driving Course will consist of 6 hours per day,
usually 9.00am to 3.00pm.
Breaks for tea, coffee, or lunch etc. can be taken as required.
(usually taken at a supermarket cafe).
Your Intensive Driving Course will take place on consecutive days
(usually excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
Your Intensive Driving Course will usually be between
3 and 10 days duration.
The final day of your Intensive Driving Course will consist of training in the morning with the Driving Test arranged in the afternoon.
An Alternative
If you want to use an Intensive Driving Course to give you a ‘head start’ in learning to drive, we can organise a course of any duration you prefer, and at the end of your course we will advise you how much further training you will need to be ready for a driving test.
Another Alternative
If you haven’t driven, or if you have done very little driving before, rather than doing one longer Intensive Driving Course, you might want to split your course into two parts.
Your Driving Test can be booked for a few weeks time.
A 5 Day Intensive Driving Course is ‘pencilled in’ to coincide with your Driving Test
Do a 5 Day Intensive Driving Course now, without a Driving Test at the end of it.
At the end of your 5 Day Intensive Driving Course we will advise you of how many days the second part of your Intensive Driving Course will need to be.
We then confirm or adjust the second part of your Intensive Driving Course (typically between 3 and 5 days) to coincide with your Driving Test.
This method ensures that you get the correct length of Intensive Driving Course, and takes away the pressure and intensity that a longer course could otherwise have.
